Martin Luther Care Center’s Eagle Crest and Fox Crossing neighborhoods provide skilled care for residents who need daily assistance and ongoing medical attention or therapy. Our long-term care neighborhoods allow residents to live life to the fullest by taking part in art and music therapy, activities and spiritual care.

Eagle Crest and Fox Crossing are set against the beautiful backdrop of the Minnesota River Valley. Shaded lawns and flowering courtyards provide appealing areas for visitors and residents. Deer, wild turkeys, birds and other critters also enjoy our natural setting.

Social Services, Spiritual Care, Therapy Services, and many other amenities add joy and purpose to our residents’ lives. Long-term care residents have an opportunity to have a Fairview affiliated physician or gerontologist nurse practitioner care for them right on site through our Fairview Partners Program.
